No trip charges, one hour minimum.

Every service we provide is available on-site. There is no free checkup on a service call. We will provide one-on-one training at your location on anything we do for the standard service call rate.

SLOW COMPUTER? LOTS OF VIRUSES?

If your computer is running slowly and/or has a significant virus infection, it is often much more cost effective to bring it into one of our shops for repair, where we offer flate rate services instead of hourly. This will allow us to take the time to do a good through job of cleaning out your computer and tuning it up, while helping to keep your costs down.

Although we try, we can't always anticipate what may be needed. In some cases, we may need certain parts or equipment in order to complete your service request, which were not immediately available at the time of the initial service call. Also sometimes the service order takes longer to complete than originally anticipated. In this case, our technician will make arrangements with you to return at a later time and/or date to complete your service request. In addition, on rare occassions we may need to reschedule service calls due to inclement weather such as a heavy daytime snowfall.

All service calls include our standard 30 day service warranty on work performed.
